This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the location in a leafy area right on the beautiful Bodensee lake. The staff provides top-notch service and the basic amenities are all in place. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the highlight being the great shower. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Arbon! The location is fantastic, nestled in a leafy area close to the lake and offering a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and had a great shower, ensuring a comfortable stay. Moreover, the breakfast spread was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.

The hotel enjoys an enviable location close to the Bodensee lake and the harbor, ideal for enjoying walks near the water. Despite not having a view of the lake, the surroundings are very pleasant and quiet. the smaller train station and the town center are within easy reach, and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. the staff is truly polite and friendly, and the breakfast is exquisite, with a range of high-quality dishes to choose from.

The food at this hotel was absolutely amazing, you won't be disappointed! The staff were friendly, accommodating and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location of the hotel was great for exploring the local area, with plenty of parking available on-site and on the road. We particularly enjoyed the free bicycles provided by the hotel, which allowed us to explore the nearby forest and lake with ease.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, we found the pillows to be quite lumpy and the bed was a bit too soft for our liking. Additionally, we missed having a minibar or fridge in the room and a coffee maker, which would have been helpful during our stay, especially since the weather was quite hot. However, these were minor inconveniences that did not detract from our overall positive experience at the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated the free bicycles the hotel provided us. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely, with staff going the extra mile to offer eggs and a wide selection of food. The parking was ample and we felt reassured to know that underground parking was also available.

Great location near the harbor and shopping district, plus proximity to public transportation that allowed us to easily explore the city. the breakfast was good and quite filling with lots of variety. the room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed.

Internet service! We were told the issue with connecting to the internet was on our end and not a hotel issue.
